Junior Youth Club

Stretch (minds), Strengthen (peer relations), and Celebrate are three words that come to mind when talking about Junior Youth Club. Junior Youth Club studies the Bible together with the "Picture This" program. They have fun drawing pictures that go along with the book of the Bible they are learning about. They grow in faith in God and love for each other as they share concerns and pray for each other. They play games that give them a chance to get closer as friends and look at how they can live better for Jesus. Junior Youth Club meets Wednesday evenings September-May (minus Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Spring Break)

Junior Youth Activities

All 5th and 6th graders are invited to be part of these group building activities that are put together just for them. Here are just a few of the many possibilities... "Fear Factor", Mystery Dinner, Toboggan Slide, Laser Tag, Putt Putt golf, and Christmas Party.

Sunday School (Treasure Time)

There is no greater treasure than Jesus. When we accept Him as Savior and allow Him to be Lord, we will have abundant life...
Treasure Time provides the teaching and tools to help kids become and stay treasure seekers for the rest of their lives. Each month kids (fifth and sixth grade) focus on a different aspect of God's treasure such as salvation, worship, prayer, time out with God, etc. Power Paks are monthly take home booklets that invite kids to jump into a "time with God" throughout the week. They can redeem earthly treasures from their teachers for turning in a Power Pak. There will be heavenly treasures to come as kids learn to hide God's word in their heart. In Treasure Time kids find themselves developing positive peer friendships and being cared for on a personal level by quality Christ-centered committed teachers.

Summer Sunday is a lively, large group, fun-filled, teaching time that takes place during the Sunday morning 9:00 Treasure Time. Our very own college students present it to the kids!

Year 1 - Live the Adventure (OT Heroes)
Year 2 - Camp Iwilligoway (Life of David)
Year 3 - Metamorphosis (Proverbs)
Year 4 - Flipt (Life of Jesus)

5^th and 6^th graders will join the adults in the sanctuary for this hour of worship.
