Fred graduated with highest honors from Bethel college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Ministry. He and his wife, Sue, lead our Young Adult Ministry at The Hill. Fred also serves as our technical advisor and web developer. Fred and Sue have four children.

		Norm Fuller, Senior Pastor Pastor Norm is a graduate of Bethel College, Mishawaka, Indiana. After serving as a youth pastor in Mishawaka for four years, Norm and his wife, Linda, moved to the Angola area in 1974 to pastor Fairview Missionary Church. 		Glenn Flint, Music/Worship Ministries Pastor Glenn is a graduate of Spring Arbor College, Spring Arbor, Michigan, and Huntington College’s Graduate School of Christian Ministries. Glenn has served four churches in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana since he and his wife Jean entered the ministry in 1983. 		Joel Greenwood, Teen Ministries Joel graduated with high honors from Bethel College in 2004 with a degree in Christian Ministries. He married Karolyn in May, 2004, and came on staff at FMC in August of that year. 		Rachel Huffman, Children's Ministries A January, 2008, graduate of Huntington College with a children's ministry degree, Rachel worked as a social worker for several months before coming to Fairview in July, 2008. 		Susan Ferrell, Daycare Ministries Susan is a graduate of Prairie Heights High School and Bethel College in Mishawaka where she received an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood.
