Stay Connected

Sunday School:  9:00 AM
We are splitting middle and high school for Sundays again starting on September 11th.
Come and hear something awesome from God’s word every Sunday, 9-10am!

Hey ya’ll,

Happy Tuesday!! (At least I hope you’re reading this on Tuesday) 🙂

We wanted to take a moment and let you know what is going on here at FSM!

Tomorrow we will be wrapping up our first school year series, “Influencer”. In week 1, we discussed the importance of “me” being influenced by “He” (Jesus). In week 2, we asked ourselves, “Is “He” (Jesus) influencing “we” (FSM)?” Last week, we decided that for us to have a healthy “we” (FSM), “me” must take responsibility. Finally, this week, we will be discussing how “we” (FSM) needs to impact “We” (community) by influencing the “tea” (slang term for gossip).

Next week, October 5th, we will be attending Fields of Faith (see flyer below). It is in the Angola High School gym. We are hearing that there has been some miscommunication. **Please note that it will take place IN THE GYM.** We will NOT be providing transportation for this event. Please plan to drop your student off at the High School and pick them up at the High School. This event is for ALL students grades 6th-12th, regardless of what school they attend.

October 19th, we will be going to MEGA Night at Life Changing Church (behind Culvers). Doors open at 6 pm and we will be done by 8 pm. Again, we will NOT be providing transportation. MEGA Night is where all the area youth groups come together under one roof to lift up the name of Jesus together. We rotate between all the churches. Please follow us on Instagram to make sure you have the correct details (see flyer below!).

Lastly, we want to affirm once more that WE ARE HERE FOR YOU TOO! If you would like to sit down with Robby or Josh to discuss a certain topic, a frustration you may have, or a concern you may have, please do not hesitate to hit that reply button, call, or text us so that we can set up a time to meet with you. We value this partnership as we strive to walk with you and your student to help them take their next steps toward Jesus!

We love you all!

If you are a regular attender of FMC and are heading to a Christian College, you should take advantage of the FMC College Scholarship.  In addition to this fund which awards up to $1000 a school year, some Christian colleges have a church matching grant. When added to the money from FMC, you could get $2000 towards tuition. Read more about this opportunity here: Fairview/Bethel University Scholarship Fund
